We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with any original labels or accessories included.

Returns must be authorised in advance. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once a return is authorised, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that the original delivery cost is non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@myhappylondonhome.co.uk.
In the case of confirmed defects, damage, or non-delivery, we will promptly arrange a refund.
We will also guide you through any necessary return procedures if required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (including special orders or personalised items)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item (after return approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@myhappylondonhome.co.uk.

Note: For customers outside the UK

Returns from outside the UK are handled in the same way as UK returns.

If your item is defective, damaged, or has not arrived, we will promptly arrange a refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@myhappylondonhome.co.uk so that we can assist you.

For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees.
International shipping procedures must also be arranged by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
