Product Description
This elegant vintage vase was sourced from a Paris brocante and is a beautiful example of decorative European glassware. The body is formed from clear glass with a painterly mix of white, pink and deep brown spatter detailing, creating a layered, expressive surface.
The vase features a distinctive pressed surface pattern in a cross-cut or diamond style, likely achieved by blowing the glass into a mould. A softly ruffled rim completes the silhouette, adding movement and refinement to its form.
It was probably made in France or Czechoslovakia between the 1930s and 1950s, a period when many glassmakers were exploring colour, texture and sculptural forms in their decorative work. While the maker is unknown, the piece reflects a high level of artistry and craftsmanship.
A distinctive interior accent with warmth and character, ideal for a small bouquet or as a standalone object. A one-of-a-kind find from Paris.
