A beautiful vintage footed trumpet vase in Wedgwood’s celebrated Wild Strawberry pattern. Delicate pink flowers, ripening strawberries and trailing green leaves wind gracefully around the soft white bone china, finished with fine gold detailing around the rim and foot.

The gently flared opening, slender body and raised pedestal foot create an elegant silhouette. Perfect for displaying fresh flowers, dried arrangements or a few graceful branches, it would also look beautiful displayed on its own.

Its timeless botanical design would bring a touch of English country-garden charm to a dining table, mantelpiece, dressing table or shelf, complementing both classic and contemporary interiors.

Founded by Josiah Wedgwood in Staffordshire in 1759, Wedgwood is one of Britain’s most celebrated pottery manufacturers. Introduced in 1965, Wild Strawberry became one of the company’s most recognisable and best-loved patterns and remains part of the Wedgwood collection today.

The base carries the stylised Wedgwood Portland Vase backstamp with “Bone China, Made in England, Wild Strawberry”, confirming that this earlier example was made in England. The style of the backstamp and vase suggests that it dates from around the 1970s–1980s, although an exact manufacturing year cannot be confirmed. Its English manufacture is an appealing detail for collectors, as some later Wild Strawberry pieces were produced outside England.
