Rare vintage pair of Staffordshire cats on cushions, crafted by Staffordshire Ware William Kent in the late 1940s or early 1950s, a renowned earthenware and porcelain manufacturer based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England which ceased production in 1962. These charming ceramic figurines, originating from a company with a rich history dating back to 1894 and originally founded by William Kent, began by producing manufacturers of earthenware figures and ornaments, especially dogs. Each cat features intricate designs and unique detailing, making them a captivating addition to any interior setting.
